Hi, I'm Amanda.

I’m a Business Systems and Process Consultant. I help small and medium business owners capture how they operate, improve their processes, and document everything into a playbook their team can actually follow.
I bring something most business owners don’t have — an outside perspective and a structured methodology. You’re too close to your own operation to see what’s wasteful, broken, or missing. I’m not. That’s where the value is.
